Melissa Blankenbaker

Melissa joined as the company’s chief human resources officer in October 2019. She is responsible for the full scope of human capital disciplines for Majesco’s worldwide workforce and for transforming the company’s strategy for discovering, attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.

Melissa previously worked at Mastercard, where she was vice president, Global HR for the Data & Services organization. Prior to this, she spent her career with CA Technologies where she held an array of HR leadership positions and was responsible for creating and executing holistic talent strategies that enabled positive business outcomes.

Melissa holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia as well as GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification, and continued her graduate studies at Southern Methodist University.
