Manoj Palakkal

Manoj joins Majesco as the company’s Senior Vice President of Global Technical Support responsible for leading the customer success and support organization. Prior to Majesco, Manoj worked at Citrix, where he spent the last 12 year building their Global Support, TAM, and Customer Success organizations. His diverse experience comes from years of leading support teams with several major software companies including EMC, Adobe, and Veritas.

With a robust background in the computer software industry, Manoj is a seasoned leader renowned for driving success through strategic vision and meticulous execution. He brings unparalleled expertise in developing comprehensive support readiness and delivery strategies in collaboration with executive management business stakeholders.

Manoj holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mumbai University.
