insurance billing software solution, as well as the STG Agent Self Service Portal and STG Electronic Billing Payment and Presentment (EBPP) solutions. Delivered via private cloud, US Assure will be offering more effective and efficient multi-product billing services for their associated network of over 60,000 agents and brokers and the insureds covered under the products and services offered through US Assure and its multiple carrier partners.
After an extensive search for a state of the art billing system to replace its existing mainframe-based legacy billing environment, US Assure chose STG Billing because the system met all of its’ business and technical requirements, and the user interface optimized the experience for internal users, as well as agents and insureds through self-service options. US Assure also noted MajescoMastek’s dedication to the relationship, its’ focus on US Assure’s needs and priorities, and the depth of domain expertise relative to both insurance and technology.
