Press Release
NEW YORK, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- MajescoMastek, the U.S. subsidiary of global technology solutions provider Mastek Limited (NSE: MASTEK), announced today the official "go-live" of the Commercial Lines Billing implementation at Tokio Marine Management (TMM), U.S. manager for Japan's oldest and largest property and casualty insurer.
The implementation of the Commercial Lines Billing system streamlines the billing process, increasing time and cost efficiencies for the company and its clients. Additionally, the new custom billing platform will provide additional capabilities, such as Agency Billing for the company.
"In today's economy, customers are increasingly focused on reducing cost and increasing efficiency," said Mike Dufton, President at MajescoMastek. "Working as a strategic partner, we were able to meet this need for TMM by aligning IT with the company's goals."
When the project was initiated, MajescoMastek was part of a multi-vendor consortium brought together to deliver the best of breed solution. By leveraging its global experience and proprietary knowledge in the insurance IT field, MajescoMastek became the sole solutions provider, successfully completing the transformation of TMM's Commercial Lines Billing system.
"We recognized the need to implement a comprehensive insurance solution to decrease cost and improve performance," said Fred Danback, CIO of TMM. "We cast a wide-net to find solutions providers who could help transform our current system and MajescoMastek had both the knowledge and capabilities to complete this complicated process."
