ClaimVantage Announces all Software Applications are Lightning Ready and Available on the Salesforce AppExchange

ClaimVantage customers can now benefit from the new user experience across all applications, which are natively built on the Salesforce Lightning Platform  Dublin, Ireland/Portland, Maine, March 27th, 2018 – This week, ClaimVantage announced that all of their applications are now Lightning ready and available on the Salesforce AppExchange. This move to Lightning empowers insurance carriers, employers, and Third-party administrators (TPAs), processing life, health and absence claims, to integrate the world-leading Salesforce CRM system with the latest insurance technology platform.  This integration provides call center staff and claims administrators with one centralized database; allowing real-time access to policyholder and claimant information. No more paper files, or manual workarounds – the ClaimVantage Solutions leverage the Salesforce platform to maximize productivity for their customers. Automated workflows and tasks, claim intelligence, a comprehensive reporting framework, and reflexive questioning at claim intake, ensures claim turnaround times are optimized.  Salesforce Lightning is the new, modern, intelligent user interface offered by Salesforce. “Getting ClaimVantage Lightning ready is just another step we’ve taken to provide our customers with the best user experience possible. Improving efficiency across the insurance industry remains the primary focus for ClaimVantage, who plans to roll out a next generation claim system later this year.
