Majesco completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.majesco.com\/press\/majesco-completes-acquisition-of-utilant-llc\/\">acquisition of Utilant<\/a> on June 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the opening session, Majesco President and Chief Product Officer, Manish Shah, provided an overview and update of Majesco\u2019s product vision and strategy, discussed innovation synergies between Utilant and Majesco solutions as well as further strengthening of the SaaS Cloud operations that will benefit P&amp;C customers.&nbsp; Patrick Davis, SVP &amp; GM \u2013 Data &amp; Analytics, discussed the Loss Control product strategy, expanding on the innovation synergies.&nbsp; He also introduced the organization\u2019s new Data and Analytics business unit, including current and future AI\/ML capabilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are excited to welcome the Utilant customers to the Majesco family.&nbsp; The Loss Control 360 solutions, Majesco P&amp;C Core Suite and Majesco Digital1st\u00ae Insurance platforms provide our joint customers and the industry market leading solutions that help them modernize, optimize and innovate to address existing and new product and risk needs in the market,\u201d said Manish Shah. \u201cThis one-day session was a great way for us to showcase these products to our customers and discussing an exciting vision for the future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Loss Control 360 product team led the afternoon session, demonstrating an overview of Loss Control 360 and Guide Stream 360, as well as new AI\/ML capabilities.&nbsp; In addition, they shared further plans around Cloud and AI\/ML on the roadmap.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAdvanced data and analytics using AI\/ML is crucial both operationally and strategically for insurers,\u201d said Patrick Davis. \u201cWe are thrilled to share our plans for next generation AI\/ML models, contributory database, and embedded data and analytics capabilities across the end-to-end insurance process and solutions that will provide insurers with a ever in the spring, Majesco will be holding its Fall Product Council on October 26-28, 2021 \u2014 where they will discuss product roadmap progress, plans collaborate on innovative ideas across all
