  1. Corporate Social Responsibility<\/strong>

    Majesco Software and Solutions India Private Limited (\u201cMSSIPL\u201d) is committed to the success of every stakeholder, not just the shareholder. MSSIPL Corporate Social Responsibility (\u201cCSR\u201d) policy is focussed on building a dynamic relationship between MSSIPL and well-being of the community mainly in areas of healthcare, education, environment, skill enhancement for earning livelihood, while harnessing the power of technology.

    CSR Policy of MSSIPL has been prepared keeping in mind the company\u2019s business ethics and to comply with the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 (\u201cthe Act\u201d) and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 read with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2021.

  2. Composition of CSR Committee<\/strong>

    The CSR Committee shall be comprised in accordance with the requirements of Applicable Law. The committee comprises of following directors: (updated on May 1, 2025)

    Mr. Vivek Garg – Member

  3. CSR Annual Action Plan (Projects approved by the Board)<\/strong>

    The CSR Committee shall decide on the locations for CSR activities and formulate and recommend to the Board for approval a CSR annual action plan, which shall contain all matters which are required under Applicable Law and any other matters as the CSR Committee may deem fit from time to time. The Board may modify the annual action plan as per the recommendations of the CSR Committee at any time during the financial year, based on reasonable justification.
